The menu is organized into bridal hair, color, hair replacement, hair treatments, monthly blow dry memberships and styling. Color runs from glosses and root touch-ups through full color, bleach, highlights, balayage and foil-and-balayage combinations. Treatments include smoothing and frizz-control options, and styling covers blow dries, iron work, updos, special occasion styling and extensions, including removal. Hair replacement begins with a complimentary consultation covering hair type, scalp condition and the extent of hair loss, and pricing depends on the system needed.

The salon says Boston Common selected it as one of Boston's Best Salons. It also offers chair rentals in a shared space for experienced hairstylists. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled services cost.
