Every color service begins with a consultation before anything is mixed. Color correction is quoted individually after that consultation, may take several visits, and is handled by master colorists, who will advise whether a correction takes one visit or more. Listed prices are starting points, with the final figure depending on hair length, density, and the product and time a result takes.

For clients who prefer longer gaps between visits, lived-in color is hand-painted so it grows out softly without a line at the part; the salon says clients often go three to five months between appointments. Women's haircuts include a shampoo and blow dry, and the salon says they are its most-booked service. Short cuts and bobs are usually recommended every six to eight weeks, and clients with curly or textured hair are asked to come in with hair worn natural.

Facials are booked by appointment and start with an assessment of the skin. Waxing and facials take place in a separate room away from the salon floor. Keratin and Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatments are offered for frizz and humidity, and gift cards are available.

Metered street parking runs along Leonard Street directly outside the salon, and municipal lots are a short walk away. Belmont Center station on the Fitchburg Line is also a short walk. Neither Belmont Center nor Waverley station is wheelchair accessible, so clients who need step-free access are advised to drive and call ahead about parking. Appointments can be booked online or by phone.
