The studio's approach moves in stages: understanding the skin first, addressing concerns, enhancing the result, teaching clients how to care for their skin and helping them keep it on track. Clients who prefer not to come in can use the Virtual Skin Program, a remote consultation to assess skin, talk through concerns and build a personalized plan. For in-person skin consultations, clients are asked to arrive with a bare face.

The facial and advanced skin menu includes custom facials, advanced chemical peels, LED light therapy and cold plasma therapy. Lash services cover lash lifts and full lash extensions, with a full set taking two to three hours, fills recommended every two to three weeks, and a request to keep lashes dry from water, steam and sweat for the first 24 hours. Brow shaping is tailored to each client's face shape and features, with options for more structure, more fullness or a softer finish.

Makeup services range from everyday soft glam to occasion looks. Bridal inquiries go through the Booking page and include a trial session, bridal party makeup and a full bridal concierge package. Waxing is also offered.

The shop also sells professional skincare and homecare lines, an e-book on building a skincare routine for clearer skin, and gift cards. A free Lifestyle + Acne Triggers Guide is available as well.
