The massage menu covers several styles. Estancia Signature Treatment is offered in 50, 80 or 100 minutes, with pressure adjusted to the client, and the 100-minute version adds hand and foot acupressure. Voyager Massage Journey is an 80-minute session that opens with dry brushing and includes scalp and face massage. Mother to Be Massage is designed for pregnancy in 50 or 80 minutes, Natural Tides is a menopause-focused 80-minute treatment built on seaweed extracts, reflexology and scalp massage, and Performance Sports Massage in 50, 80 or 100 minutes adds LED light therapy. Tranquility Sleep Ritual is a 50-minute session drawing on Indonesian Sea Malay touch therapy with a tranquility essential oil blend. Relaxing Hot Stone Massage (80 or 100 minutes) uses warm stones, Mindful Dreams is an 80-minute massage with products chosen for their soothing qualities, and Just Us Couples Massage is a side-by-side session for two that includes champagne and house-made truffles.
The facial menu includes Estancia Custom Facial, a 50-minute treatment using the spa's own skincare products, and Estancia Grand Facial, a 100-minute treatment combining transdermal infusion, microcurrent and LED light therapy. Vitamin C Facial is a 50-minute service using vitamin C and a professional peel system, with a collagen-building light treatment. Hydramemory Facial (50 minutes) is a hydrating facial built on lactic acid, hyaluronic acid and prickly pear extract. Hydrafacial comes in 25- or 50-minute versions and cleanses, peels and hydrates the skin, and MediSpa Facial is a 50-minute treatment using a device that combines five non-invasive facial energy modalities. Body treatments include Estancia Grand Renewal, a 100-minute session that includes a full-body massage, and Organic Sugar Scrub, a 50-minute exfoliation in an uplifting or restorative blend. Other body rituals include Bee YOUtiful Indulgence, a 100-minute honey ritual priced at $499, Old Fashioned Indulgence at $460 for 100 minutes, and Vino Illume Facial at $375 for 80 minutes, which uses lactic acid from grape skins over Comfort Zone's Sublime base.
The spa's group options are aimed at guests booking for a party or a wedding. Bridal Blessings costs $3,000 for a party of five and covers massages, HydraFacials, two poolside cabanas, champagne and food platters. Groom's Group is priced at $1,750 for five people. Your Day, Your Way is $539 and includes an 80-minute service, a 50-minute service and one add-on, and the bride's or groom's package is free when six people book. The La Jolla Package combines a 50-minute Estancia Signature Massage with a 50-minute Estancia Signature Facial. Spa Serenity is also available, and a couples massage can be added when booking. Packages depend on availability. Private yoga and meditation sessions can be arranged with advance notice.
Spa services are available to guests 18 and older. Hours are Sunday through Wednesday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Thursday through Saturday from 9:00am to 7:00pm, subject to change. The spa describes itself as award-winning, and according to the spa, San Diego Magazine named it Best Spa in 2025.
Treatments are made with primarily organic ingredients and use named skincare lines alongside massage techniques and devices.
