The team is made up of makeup artists, hair stylists and an esthetician. The business partners with REWIND SKIN for skincare and quality makeup, and REWIND SKIN's founder, Juliet Penkin, works with the studio. Clients can book bridal consultations by phone or Zoom, and in-person bridal trials are offered before the wedding day.

Bookings are made online through the business's Glossgenius page. Every appointment requires a non-refundable reservation retainer. Cancellations made 72 hours or more ahead forfeit that retainer, while cancellations within 48 hours are charged 65% of the reserved total, and same-day cancellations, no-shows or failure to cancel are charged the full reserved amount. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show, and late arrivals may receive a shortened service. Bridal and large-party bookings follow separate contract terms. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

On-location work carries extra fees: second-location travel starts at $40, travel for hair stylist Misty Jackson starts at $55, and travel for Sarah Stevers is $100. Early call times before 8 AM carry a $75 Early Bird fee per artist, and the MUA stay fee is charged hourly from $90. The business notes that holiday and special event schedules may involve additional considerations and that pricing can change without notice. Tuesdays are listed as closed.
