The salon's work centers on natural hair. Braiding covers a wide range, from Bantu knots and cornrows to Senegalese and kinky twists, and individual braids can be done in synthetic, human hair or yarn. Traditional loc services include nine methods, from Sisterlocks and palm rolls to two strand twists, loc extensions and lock repair.

For thinning hair and hair loss, the salon offers specially formulated therapeutic treatment programs meant to stimulate, cleanse, condition and moisturize the hair and scalp, along with a maintenance program intended to support healthy growth. According to the salon, its specialty treatments are aimed at reducing and reversing hair loss. The salon specializes in working with cancer patients and clients with alopecia.

Every service begins with a consultation that looks at hair texture, service history and goals. The consultation costs $25, and that fee is applied to the first service. Hours are Wednesday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
