The menu is built around locs: starter locs by coils or two strand twists, interlocking, retwists with a range of finishing styles, loc cuts, detox, repair and attachments. Several loc services require a consultation first, including starter locs, loc attachment and loc extensions.

Beyond locs, the salon offers flat twists and cornrow updos, braids, twist outs, coils, palm rolls and roller sets, as well as barbering cuts and fades. Color services include touch-ups, full color changes and double process color, but they require a color consultation before booking and are not offered to new clients.

Clients outside the Philadelphia area can book a virtual consultation on Mondays or Tuesdays, paying beforehand and emailing the salon after booking. A loc styling class is also offered, in person or on Zoom. The salon is open Wednesday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, and is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
