The salon describes its atmosphere as warm and welcoming, with clinical expertise behind it.

Visits start with a skin scan or consultation, and every new client receives a personalized consultation with an injector or skincare expert before treatment. Plans cover what makes sense now, what may come next, and ongoing maintenance. Each recommendation comes with an explanation of why it is suggested and what it will not address. The team says it will tell clients when a treatment is not the right fit, does not pressure clients to buy more, and usually treats less at once, building results over time.

For injectables, neurotoxin is available as Botox or Dysport for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, with dosing customized to each client. Dermal fillers cover the lips, cheeks, midface, chin and jawline, with Restylane and RHA collections available, and facial balancing uses filler across the whole face for proportion rather than one feature. Sculptra and Radiesse are also offered, and PRF injections and PRF gel use platelet-rich fibrin prepared from the client's own blood. Filler results most often last six to eighteen months, depending on the product and area.

The skin menu includes custom facials, clinical skin treatments and the Glo2Facial line in Express, Bestie and Body versions. Dermaplaning removes dead skin and fine vellus hair with a blade. Chemical peels range from the lighter ZO Stimulator Peel and BioRePeel Gold to the BioRePeel Blue, Prodigy Peel, ZO 3-Step Peel and Perfect Derma Peel. Microneedling is available as a single session, with PDRN, or as a series of three, where the first includes PDRN at no charge. A Corrective Peels bundle pairs two Perfect Derma Peels with two Dermaplane Facials. The body menu covers waxing and sugaring across the face, brows, arms, underarms, legs and bikini areas, plus a Vagacial, and new clients receive 50 percent off their first wax or sugaring service. Lash and brow services include lifts, tints, brow tinting and waxing, and lamination.

The salon is open Monday from 12 to 7, Tuesday from 10 to 7, Wednesday from 1 to 6, Thursday from 10 to 6, and Friday from 10 to 4, with Saturday visits by appointment only. Clients can book online or by calling or emailing the salon. CareCredit financing with monthly payment options is available on treatments, subject to approval. A membership gives access to member pricing on treatments and skincare. Gratuity is not included in membership services, and tips for providers are appreciated but not expected.

Plans begin with what the client wants to change, and the team may recommend less or something different than what was booked. The aim is results that look natural, usually built up gradually over several visits.
