Chelsey Morrow founded Elevé, where she works as a nurse practitioner and aesthetic injector. She spent more than seven years as a cardiology nurse before opening the salon, caring for patients after heart and lung surgery and working in electrophysiology. She moved into aesthetics in 2021. She holds a BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Indianapolis and an MSN from Spring Arbor University. She continues her education in injection technique, aesthetic medicine, skincare and newer treatments. Her main areas are injectables, facial balancing and treatment planning, with particular interest in advanced injectables, regenerative aesthetics and results that still look natural as time passes.
