The practice describes its model as Guided Aesthetic Care and begins each client's journey with a consultation. It says it is medically led, with on-site medical leadership and active supervision, and that providers follow standardized protocols across all locations. Initial consultations are complimentary, and consultations are offered at every visit, not only at the start of care. Clients who need it can also get a same-day visit by text or walk-in when a slot is open.

Services are grouped into body contouring, body treatments for hair, sweat, tattoos and veins, cosmetic injectables, regenerative injectables, facial contouring, facials and peels, and skin rejuvenation and lasers. Injectable options include Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify, hyaluronic acid fillers, lip filler, Radiesse and Sculptra. Regenerative options use the client's own platelets through PRF and PRP.

The practice also offers RegenGlo for crepey skin, Ultherapy non-surgical lifting, miraDry at its Ann Arbor and Traverse City locations, and a range of facials including HydraFacial, Signature Facial, Recovery Facial and Foundation Trio. Through RegenCen, clients can access bioidentical hormone therapy, medical weight loss programs including GLP-1 options, NAD+ therapies, hair restoration, and vaginal rejuvenation and dryness treatments. Virtual visits are available through RegenCen.

Treatment plans and patient records carry over between CSLC locations, so a client who travels between cities can continue their plan. The practice says providers are not paid on commission and do not accept tips. Financing is offered through Cherry and PatientFi, and clients can earn rewards for injectables through the Aspire Galderma Rewards and allē programs. A VIP loyalty program and gift cards are also available.

Treatment plans are individualized and aimed at natural-looking results, and the practice analyzes each client's facial features, structure and problem areas before building an injection plan. Facials begin with clinical skin planning that looks at what is causing the changes before any treatment is recommended.
