Every treatment journey starts with a personalized consultation. The practice's Guided Aesthetic Care model is consult-first and medically led, and consultations are offered at every visit as part of ongoing care, not only at the start. Consultations are complimentary, including for new patients. The team includes licensed PAs, NPs and RNs alongside experienced aestheticians, and the practice says its medical providers work in aesthetics full time and do not work on commission.
Treatment plans can be phased or bundled to combine services such as Botox, fillers, hormone therapy and lasers, and curated packages are available. Patient records and plans carry across CSLC and RegenCen locations. Financing is available through Cherry and PatientFi, and the practice partners with the Aspire Galderma Rewards and ALLE by Allergan programs for injectables savings. There is a VIP loyalty program, gift cards, medical-grade skincare that can be bought during a visit, and virtual visits through RegenCen. Walk-in and last-minute requests are accepted by text or in person when possible, and appointments can be booked online, by phone or through the contact page.
