The salon's view is that luxury extensions are not one size fits all. Each set is chosen and customized around a client's lifestyle, hair type and long-term goals, and the salon describes its extension services as safe and seamless. Three methods are offered: handtied extensions for maximum density and dramatic volume, K-tip extensions for length without the bulk of rows and very natural movement, and mesh extensions for clients with noticeable thinning, sparse areas or low-density crowns.

New extension clients begin with an online Extension Consultation Form, which is required before an appointment is accepted. A concierge team reviews the form, pairs the client with a stylist and schedules an in-person consultation. Afterward the client receives an emailed estimate listing recommended services, hair cost and a maintenance plan. Accepting the estimate turns it into an invoice, and a non-refundable retainer equal to 50% of the hair cost reserves the hair and appointment time. Hair is custom ordered once the deposit arrives, and installation is booked after the order is placed; the Luxe Collection takes about 7 to 10 business days and the Exclusive Collection about two weeks or more.

Beyond extensions, the salon offers custom color packages, cutting, styling, a monthly blowout membership and head spa services. Current hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9am to 5pm, and Wednesday and Thursday 9am to 8pm. Gift cards are sold online as eGift cards in set amounts or custom amounts, and group gift cards let several people contribute to one recipient's card.
