The salon aims for a judgment-free visit where every guest leaves feeling like their best self, and it describes its goal as exceptional service. The space is trendy and laid-back. Color is a particular focus, and the salon calls itself a team of color specialists. Pricing is a la carte and varies by stylist level (junior, senior or master), how much color is used, the time needed, hair length, thickness and condition, and extras such as bond-building treatments or glosses. A free consultation comes first, and clients receive a clear price before any service begins. Clients with a set budget can say so, and the salon will help pick services within that range.

New clients are welcome. Color clients are asked to text to book so the team can schedule them correctly after hearing what they want, and new clients are asked to send photos of their current hair and any inspiration pictures before the appointment. Services include root color for covering grays or maintaining base color, pull-through color that refreshes the length of the hair, toner and gloss for shine and tone, blonding, clipper cuts, standard haircuts, transformation cuts for major changes, Brazilian blowouts, wash and blowouts, and special occasion styles for weddings, events, photoshoots and nights out. Spray tans use Sjolie products and are matched to each client's skin tone and desired shade. Each spray tan is $50.

Cancellations need 48 hours notice, and a card on file is required to book any service. Cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the booked service. Retail products cannot be returned, but they can be exchanged for a different product within two weeks of purchase. The salon is closed Sunday and Monday, open approximately 10AM to 8PM Tuesday through Thursday, approximately 9AM to 6PM on Friday, and approximately 9AM to 4PM on Saturday.
