Every hair appointment starts with a consultation, and new clients book one in person or by phone before their first visit. Cuts and color are done on dry hair. Clients are asked to arrive ten minutes early with clean, dry, detangled hair in its natural state, and to avoid coconut or shea butter, other oils, and stretched or heated styles before the appointment.

Curly cuts combine a dry cut with clarifying and conditioning, curl education, and drying and detailing as needed. Newer clients can choose a custom curl cut experience, which adds a mini detox treatment, or a total transformation package with a detox, an Olaplex treatment and a deep conditioning mask. Both finish with a styling lesson and home care instructions.

Booking opens at 9 AM on the first of each month for the following month, first come, first served. A cancellation list notifies clients of last-minute openings by email or text. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice to avoid a fee of half the booked price or loss of a deposit, and a deposit may be asked for bookings of three hours or more. Clients who have not been reached 15 minutes into an appointment are treated as no-shows. Technical errors can be corrected within seven days or credited toward future services, and tipping is not necessary.
