A visit usually starts with a free consultation. A complimentary consultation is required before any color appointment, and before advanced color such as color correction, platinum and creative color. Extension clients also begin with a complimentary consultation, and a non-refundable deposit covering the hair cost is needed to place an order. Specialty color with vivid shades or several stages in one visit is priced a la carte, and an added color fee based on color units, measured with the salon's Vish technology, is capped at $40.

Cutting covers children's cuts for ages 12 and under, long and short cuts, curl and natural cuts for textured hair, skin fades, thick-density and transformation cuts, and beard trims. Bang trims and neckline cleanups are complimentary for current guests when they see the stylist who did their previous cut.

Smoothing options include Keratin Complex, a shorter Keratin Complex Express, Brazilian Blowout and Kerasilk treatments. Awapuhi scalp treatments are offered as add-ons, though scalp facial and detox treatments cannot be booked with color or lightening. Styling includes silk press for highly textured hair, updos for proms and quinceañeras, and wedding styling offered in the salon or on site. Wedding inquiries are sent by email with the date and party size.
