Wedding and event hair and makeup is a core part of the business and is provided on location. Brides, guests of honor, attendees, children and preview sessions can all be booked. The Midwest team serves Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan and Iowa, with on-site travel offered in those states and other areas by inquiry. The Pacific Northwest team books Washington and select Oregon locations and travels to Chicago on request.

Booking begins with an inquiry through the website. Availability is checked, then a contract and invoice are emailed, and a deposit with a signed contract holds the date. The deposit is non-refundable. A trial is usually scheduled two to four months before the event, with the same artist who will work the event, and is typically not held on Saturdays. The team checks in after the trial and confirms the timeline six to eight weeks before the wedding. The final headcount and balance are due 60 days out, guest names are due 14 days out, and an itemized beauty schedule is drafted 30 to 45 days before. Artists are placed based on proximity, availability and fit with the desired look. The schedule allows 15 minutes of setup, 45 minutes per attendee service, 60 minutes per bride or guest of honor service and a 30-minute buffer.

Event costs beyond the service price include travel at $0.75 per mile round trip from each artist's home, with a $30 per artist minimum. Friday through Sunday bookings require a four-service minimum per artist. Each artist beyond three booked costs $100 plus travel. An early start fee of $50 per artist per hour applies to start times before 7am, and a $50 per artist holiday weekend fee also applies. Lodging is required for any event more than 2.25 hours one way from the artist. A 20% gratuity is added to wedding and special occasion amounts, and gratuity is not included in listed prices. Clients may pay by ACH bank transfer or Zelle, or by card with a processing fee through Square invoices.

Beyond events, the salon offers color, extensions, lashes, nails, brows, spray tans, haircuts and deep conditioning. Private events such as bridal showers, bachelorettes, baby showers and birthday parties can be hosted at the business with party packages available. The business also runs provider workshops, artist mentorship and client classes, including at-home facial massage, at-home blowouts and tween skincare and makeup. A selection of small-batch, handmade and local beauty and wellness products is sold, including items from local makers and consignment partners.

Services are designed around each client rather than a trend or a one-size-fits-all standard. The business says it prioritizes communication, personalization and in-depth artist education.
