About
Kelsey works as a hair stylist and makeup artist, travelling from Shelton, WA. She has worked as a professional makeup artist for 17 years and as a hair stylist for 15 years.
Her background includes theater, Off Broadway productions, film, runway, production and publication work before she focused on bridal and event work. Special effects makeup is a substantial part of her experience.
