Color services include a gloss that refreshes existing color and adds shine, a root retouch that covers up to two inches of regrowth with one formula, and blonding in four levels from a mini highlight to a lived-in finish. Before an all-over, full transformation or vivid color service in the salon, clients can book a 20-minute virtual consultation by video, phone or text.

Bridal clients can book a consultation and trial for $100, with a $25 deposit to hold the trial and the remainder due on the trial day. A bridal trial and day-of styling package is listed at $250. Bridal consultations take place at the salon unless the client asks for a visit to their location.

The salon charges a 10% cancellation fee, and clients who cannot attend are asked to notify the salon as soon as possible so they can reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Hours are Monday 7 AM to 3 PM, Friday 7 AM to 5 PM and Sunday 8 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.
