Hair services cover haircuts, coloring, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions and headspa. Color options include balayage, which is freehand painting done directly on the hair, foil highlights with lightener for customized lift, tone color applied all over to adjust, neutralize or enhance the shade, and new growth appointments that fill in regrowth and keep color maintained. Keratin treatments use Keratin Complex, which the salon says can remove up to 80% of curl and 90% of frizz.

Booking requires a credit card on file to reserve the time, though the card is not charged when it is put on file. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early, and arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show. Changing more than half of an appointment within 24 hours is charged at 100% of the service fee. Anyone using a laptop or phone, or taking calls, during an appointment must use headphones. Companions wait in the waiting area for the full appointment, and children under 10 may only come along when a service is performed on them as well. Product sales are final, and service concerns should be raised within seven days of the appointment.

Parking is in a deck behind the salon, accessible from W. 9th Street, and the first 1.5 hours are validated at the front desk. For visits longer than two hours, the salon suggests the paid lot across from the building. A portion of every dollar spent is donated to Hope for Justice North Carolina Regional Center, which supports survivors of human trafficking.
