The menu covers blonding and color, haircuts and styling, extensions, bridal and event hair, and hair treatments. Each stylist has individual specialties, so the salon suggests browsing stylist profiles to find a good fit. Consultations are offered for color correction, extensions, major transformations, and anyone who wants guidance before booking.

Appointments can be booked online through the salon's booking system at any hour. The salon is open Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm. A valid credit card is required to reserve, and it is charged only under the cancellation and no-show policy: cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and no-shows who did not contact the salon are charged 100%. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten services or lead to rescheduling. Only clients receiving services may attend appointments unless arrangements are made in advance.

Gift cards can be used toward any service or retail product. Digital eGift cards are sold year-round, and in-salon gift cards are also available.
