Services are grouped into hair services, hair treatments, smoothing systems, extensions, color services and extras. Color is a major part of the menu, from gloss, glaze and toner to partial and full highlights and balayage or foilyage with a style. Extension installation with wefts, I-tips, K-tips or tape-ins begins with a consultation, and Brazilian Blowout and keratin smoothing is priced by hair length.

Listed prices are starting prices, and the final total can change depending on the color used and the time required. A consultation costs $40 and is applied toward the service; if test strands are needed, the full service price applies. Junior stylist pricing is available on request. Clients can book online, and the salon sells gift cards.

Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A complimentary adjustment with the original stylist can be requested within 14 days of the appointment, and the satisfaction policy covers only the service originally booked.
