Custom color covers glosses, blonding, vivid shades, balayage and grey coverage. Haircuts run from short to long styles and include barbering. Hair extensions begin with a consultation with a certified hair extension specialist, who offers options for different hair types, needs and budgets. Smoothing treatments are Brazilian Blowout services performed by certified stylists, and add-on hair and scalp treatments are tailored to each client. Makeup and special styles are available for events and wedding parties, and bridal services are offered.

Appointments can be booked online. Regular appointments need 48 hours' notice to cancel, though the exact timeframe varies by stylist. Shorter notice carries a fee of 25% to 100%, depending on the stylist, and same-day cancellations and no-call, no-show visits carry a non-refundable 100% fee. Clients have a 7 to 10 day adjustment period after a service. Daily Deals and other promotions are non-refundable, and future credits or waived fees are at the service provider's discretion.
