Haircut visits begin with a personalized consultation. A women's cut includes a relaxing shampoo, a precision cut and a blowout or style, and a complimentary consultation is available to help choose the right service. Men's cuts include detailed neckline and ear clean-up for regular clients, and a shampoo and blow-dry finishes smooth, voluminous or wavy. Makeup can be paired with hair styling in a single visit.

Color services cover balayage, dimensional highlights, root touch-ups, glosses, toners and corrective color, the last for work that needs fixing after an earlier color service did not turn out as planned. Color appointments must be booked alongside a haircut or a shampoo and blow-dry. Starting rates are given for most color services, and the final price is confirmed with the stylist before the appointment.

Hair extensions begin with a required consultation, and extension hair is not kept in stock, so it is ordered after that consultation. Brands carried include Bellami and Easihair Pro, along with primp. extensions, which are custom-personalized weft pieces. Custom-order K-tip extensions are also offered.

Massage services are provided by licensed therapists. Each session is customized around the client's goals, areas of concern, pressure preferences and wellness needs, and massage appointments are booked through a link on the massage page. A Blowout Membership is available at a flat monthly rate, with a three-month minimum, automatic renewal, and one pause of up to 30 days allowed after the first three months.

Policies to know: all services carry a 3.5% service fee, which appears in the total on the online booking site. Services are not refunded, but a complimentary adjustment can be requested within 7 days if a service does not feel right. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, and no-shows without contact, are charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
