The menu covers cutting, styling, color and blonding, and texture work, with hair extension packages a large part of the offering. Color, blonding and dimensional work, texture services and extensions all begin with an in-person consultation. Pricing can shift with texture, length and density. The salon is open Tuesday through Friday, with a Thursday schedule that runs until 7pm on alternating weeks.

Extension work requires a non-refundable retainer of half the quoted look. Appointments can be changed or cancelled at no charge more than 48 hours ahead. Cancellations within 48 hours carry a 30% fee, and within 24 hours a 50% fee. No-shows are charged the full service, and extension appointments that run past their standard time cost an extra $75 per hour.

The salon sells its own extension line and offers custom coloring of extensions for an added fee. It also offers on-site and off-site styling for special occasions. A portion of proceeds from its extension sales supports blood cancer research and provides information and support to people with blood cancers.
