A visit begins with a thorough consultation before any service, so the team can learn what each client needs. The shampoo area has adjustable sinks, neck rests and footrests, and shampoos are unhurried and include a scalp massage. For color work, a barrier cream goes on first and a gentle remover is used afterward. Products that do not work for a client can be exchanged.

The salon specializes in weddings, including bridal hair and makeup. It recommends an in-salon trial before the day, and clients can bring photos for inspiration. Trials are priced at $100 per hour. Wedding parties are served by a team of five artists, travel up to 20 miles is included, and there are no early-start or additional-artist fees. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 7pm, and Saturday 10am to 4pm by appointment only. Cancellations need 24 hours notice to avoid a fee, and a fee may apply to a missed appointment. Clients more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened if it affects the next appointment. Clients who are sick or have a fever are asked to reschedule, with no fee if this does not happen often. Payment is by cash, credit card, Apple Pay or Venmo; personal checks are not accepted.
