Yoshida Beauty operates as an independent stylist's business inside Salon Ardor in San Diego, where Alli Yoshida works with clients. The services cover blonding, color and styling.

Full highlights are foiled over the whole head and take about five hours, starting at $300. Before a first highlight appointment, new clients are asked to send three to five years of hair history, photos of their current hair, and two or three inspiration photos. Toner and glaze services take about an hour and fifteen minutes including a blowout, starting at $100, and can also be added to any other service starting at $85.

A medium to long haircut with a blowout starts at $100 and includes a relaxing shampoo and scalp massage. Dry cuts are available as an add-on to a color appointment starting at $85. Color services include a blowout, and additional color is charged at $25 per bowl depending on hair length and thickness. Pixie cuts and graduation bobs are not accepted for the medium to long cut or the dry cut add-on. Fresh coffee is offered during visits.
