Every visit is handled one client at a time. The signature haircut begins with a consultation, and adjustments are matched to what was agreed then. The salon describes the room as welcoming and intimate, with attention given to each client.

Blonding is a large part of the menu. Options range from dimensional blonding with a root melt and gloss to a full transformational service that foils the nape, crown, sides, and tips, followed by a gloss and blowout. For smaller updates there is a face frame, few foils, or money piece refresh, a partial highlight or balayage, and a root touch-up. Dimensional Color is a low-lighting service that can be added to blonding or color, or booked alone.

For cuts and styling, the menu includes a signature haircut, a tailored men's cut, a full wash and blowout with a beach-style finish, and a reshaping of curtain or front bangs on dry, blown-out hair. A keratin smoothing treatment is offered for frizz and shine, and the salon states its results can last up to three months.

Hours are Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM; the salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Cancellations or reschedules need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. Concerns about a service should be raised within 7 days so minor adjustments can be made, but the salon does not offer refunds. Some blonde, beige, or silver goals may take several sessions, and results depend on hair history and condition.
