A visit usually starts with a consultation, offered before any service for $50 with that amount applied to services. The consultation looks at goals, lifestyle, hair history, maintenance expectations and long-term vision. For extension clients it also covers hair density, texture, scalp health and budget, and a scalp evaluation is performed before every installation. The salon says pricing is transparent after the consultation and that each guest receives a personalized treatment plan.

Extension appointments can include a consultation, color, haircut and installation in the same visit when possible. The salon offers hand-tied wefts, K-tips, tape-ins and hybrid combinations, and extensions can be custom colored and, when needed, permed to suit naturally curly hair. Maintenance visits remove the extensions, cleanse natural hair and scalp, wash and condition the extensions, blow dry them and reinstall them. Complete transformations with Lisa have a stated minimum investment of $5,000, and the salon lists most new extension transformations at approximately $1,000 to $4,000 or more, depending on how much hair and which services are needed.

Color and blonding cover highlights, balayage, root touch-ups, glosses, toners and color correction, using multiple professional color lines. The salon offers ammonia-free formulas for clients with sensitive scalps and uses lighteners with built-in bond protection technology. Cuts include women's, men's, kids ten and under, and bang trims, and every haircut includes a relaxing shampoo, a customized cut and a Signature Blowout. Blowouts and styling include heat styling, updos and special event hair, and perms and relaxers are also offered.
