Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius. Some longer services, including several braid and twist styles, color, and cornrows, ask for a deposit of $25 or $45. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients who can't make a booking are asked to cancel as early as possible so the time can be rescheduled.
Anyone unsure which service suits them can book a free virtual phone consultation of about 10 minutes to talk through hair needs and goals before committing to a visit. Add-ons such as deep conditioning, an Olaplex treatment, a scalp treatment, and a face-framing money piece can be combined with the main service.
