Booking starts by choosing a session based on what the hair needs now: hydration, strength, maintenance, or transformation. Then a style finish and any add-ons are added. Every session includes a steamed cleanse, a treatment, and a finished style. New guests can start with the Root Reset Experience, which includes a consultation, treatment, trim, and a custom hair plan, or with a New Client Discovery Call to help choose a session; that call fee does not go toward the service.

The studio also teaches clients how to keep their hair in good shape between visits. Returning guests on a steady routine can book a Quick Session, and membership tiers are offered that the studio says save money on every service. Membership details are on the booking page.

Some services need a consultation first. Loc installations require a Loc Discovery Consultation, and most color services require a Color Consultation (discovery call), whose fee does not apply to the service. For bold or corrective color, a Color Consultation with a test strand is recommended, and its fee counts toward the service if booked within 30 days. Weddings, photoshoots, and other special events can book a Special Occasion Consultation, which also counts toward the service if booked within 30 days.

The studio says most services run from $140 to $450 or more, depending on the level of work, hair density, and customization. Add-on prices include Precision Trim at $30, Reshape Haircut at $55, K18 Treatment at $15, Scalp Detox at $25, and Deep Conditioning at $20. Exact pricing and availability are on the booking page.
