Appointments are booked at least 12 hours ahead, and same-day openings are requested by direct message. The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7:30 PM and is closed Sunday and Monday. Prices are stated before the visit with no surcharges at checkout, and there is no added charge for long or thick hair, washes, blow-drying or standard detangling. Excessively matted hair carries a $100 fee, which can be added at booking to cover the extra time.
Cards and cash are accepted, and transactions run through the GlossGenius booking site. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients have a 15-minute grace period for lateness with no fee, after which the appointment is cancelled. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment incur a 50% fee. Each client is booked with focused time under a strict no-double-booking practice. Gift cards come in $20, $40, $60 and $80 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
Methods are chosen around each client's curl pattern and hair health, using K-Tip extensions, rod sets, silk presses, deep conditioning and Olaplex treatments.
