Two of the studio's signature areas are de-matting and hair spa work. Severe de-matting starts with a 30-minute consultation for $50, followed by a treatment of about an hour for $100 that includes gentle detangling and scalp cleansing. The Deziare Treatment, priced at $130 and taking about 2 hours 45 minutes, includes a hydrating shampoo and a custom deep conditioner. Hair growth support and a range of shampoo treatments, from protein and biotin to detox, deep conditioning and scalp care, are priced between $50 and $75.

The studio also offers hair therapy sessions alongside its hair services. The Beauty and Balance Consultation ($45), the Soft Life Reset Session ($75) and the Healing Chair Experience ($150) are booked through the online booking system. The studio describes hair therapy as a supportive, non-clinical space to talk or relax, and says it does not replace licensed mental health therapy or treatment.

Booking policies are strict and worth reading before scheduling. A deposit is required to secure an appointment and is non-refundable. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the deposit and charges the difference up to 50 percent of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full service price. There is a 15-minute grace period, a $15 late fee after that, and appointments more than 30 minutes late must be rebooked unless advance notice was given. An after-hours fee of $50 applies. Limited house calls are available by appointment, with a $50 travel fee.

The studio says every product it uses is chosen on purpose and is free from harsh chemicals, and it pairs hair care with supportive conversation during services.
