Each visit starts with a consultation about lifestyle, priorities and preferences, and the stylist looks at the length and style of the hair before recommending a look. The salon works through a personalized routine: a consultation and diagnosis, a cleansing plan made for the hair, repair and strengthening when the hair needs it, and a styling plan for use at home. Color work follows the way hair naturally lightens, and cuts remove weight to support natural growth patterns.

Prices are starting prices and vary by hair type. Clients with long or thick hair may pay extra for additional time and product, and booking an additional 15 minutes is suggested. New clients book a New Client Package for their first appointment. Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair, ideally styled the way they usually wear it. Cancellations must be made online through the confirmation link or by text, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full booked service. The salon does not offer refunds. Gift cards are sold through the booking site.

Color and cuts are shaped around each client's natural lightening and growth patterns, with a focus on hair that looks good with minimal upkeep and a home routine.
