The studio's color work includes global color, double-process color, Olaplex-based global blonding and retouches, highlights and lowlights, balayage, and vivid and rainbow color, with corrective color for hair that needs repair. Prices are approximate and depend on hair length, thickness, texture and the style wanted. Starting prices generally reflect short hair, while the higher end of a range covers very thick or very long hair, extra product or time, and intricate color or cuts.
New clients can email the studio their desired service and general availability, and the studio says it replies within 48 hours. Before booking, it often asks for current hair photos, a two-year hair history and inspiration photos, then sends an outline of options. New clients can also book a 30-minute in-person consultation for $30 to see whether the studio is a good fit and how long a first appointment will take.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead may carry a $25 fee, applied to the next appointment. Changes made less than 24 hours ahead may be charged up to the full service cost, depending on notice, appointment length and booking history, and missed appointments without notice are charged in full. Online bookings of one hour or longer require a credit card and a signed cancellation policy form on file. Gift cards are available online through the website.
Jessica aims to give clients creative, clean, inclusive and high-quality work, and takes time to learn what each client wants from a visit before building a plan toward healthy hair.
