Clients who arrive for an appointment wait in their car until their stylist calls them in, and they are asked to come alone, since children are not permitted in the salon during appointments and no child supervision is provided.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments carry a $150 fee charged to the card on file, and clients without a card on file who cancel within 48 hours or do not show must pay a 50% service fee before they can rebook. Monthly blowout memberships let clients pick their preferred stylist and are billed each month.
