About
Alli Hayes owns Waylon Salon, which she opened in 2016, and works there as a stylist. She trained at Adrian's Beauty College starting in 2003, then worked at Streaks, a salon in the Central Valley, before moving to San Diego in 2006. She has worked with Aveda and trained in its techniques and education. Her specialties include healthy hair, sunkissed color, babylights and balayage, beige blondes, extensive color correction, seamless ombres from brunette to blonde, long layers, and vivid color that keeps hair in good condition. She also does flawless extensions, with color matching and installation. She is known for close client relationships.
