The haircut menu runs from barber cuts and clipper fades, priced from $45 to $65, through short advanced and pixie cuts from $65, medium and long cuts from $75 to $125, maintenance cuts from $125 and first-time cuts from $175. Bang and neck trims are offered, and curly cuts are done dry so each curl can be seen in its natural shape.

Color work covers blonding, including root coverage and all-over platinum, along with toner, root retouch, face framing and money piece color, all-over color, half head and partial color, dual technique, and full color or full highlights. Highlights can be done as balayage, hand-painted without foils for a soft finish, as foilayage, where hand-painted placement is folded into foils for more lift, or as traditional foil highlights. Stylists often combine these in one appointment, and babylights, root smudge and a gloss can be added at the end. Highlight visits usually run 2.5 to 4 hours. Color correction and specialty or major transformation color are multi-stage processes priced after consultation, and vivid and pastel color is also priced after consultation.

Every service begins with a consultation about lifestyle, preferences and goals. Most services are booked by appointment, and walk-ins are generally not accepted. Clients can request a visit by text or book online, and online booking lets them choose their stylist. Each stylist sets their own cancellation policy, and the salon asks for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm, and free street parking is usually available nearby with paid lots close by.

For curly hair, the salon offers keratin treatments, body and wave perms, and educational curl classes priced at $90 that help clients keep curls looking good at home. Natural curl styling starts at $90 and includes shampoo, styling and drying. After a curly cut, stylists give personalized product recommendations, and clients are generally advised to book curly cuts every three to six months.
