Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount.

Specialty services that are booked only by phone, text or email include Japanese smoothing, Lasio, Brazilian Blowout and extension work, and these require a 50% deposit. Bridal clients can book in-salon hair and makeup trials, and the team also travels for at-home bridal, bridal party and event styling in New York City, Greenwich, nearby Connecticut towns and the Hamptons from Southampton to Montauk. Hair color is not part of the at-home inquiry.
