Each color formula is customized and measured to the gram. Glazes are used to balance color from the midshaft to the ends, and toners are used to enhance highlights. Full highlights and balayage include a toner and protein treatment. First-time guests get a complimentary protein treatment with their first color service. Color corrections and extensive color changes require a signed service agreement, and corrective color is priced after an in-person consultation. Clients are asked to arrive for color services with clean, dry hair. A pre-wash before color carries a $25 charge, and if a stylist recommends one and the client declines, the color result is not guaranteed.

Keratin treatments are a smoothing and strengthening system that reduces frizz while keeping the hair's natural texture. They are formaldehyde free and customized to each client's hair type. The salon offers two keratin options, KeraSmooth Keratin and Nano Keraplasty Keratin. Hair extensions in K-tip and tape-in styles require an in-person consultation, where the extensions are color matched and the amount and length are set, and pricing is set at that consultation.

Eyebrow and grooming services include waxing of the face and neck, brow shaping, brow tinting and tweezing. The salon specializes in eyebrow tinting and waxing. Bridal and special occasion services include makeup, hair styling and updos for weddings, proms, banquets and parties. A bridal party can book the whole salon for the day, with a continental breakfast and drinks including champagne provided.

The salon also runs an academy for stylists, offering courses in areas such as color formulation and application, cutting, styling, extensions, and the business side of salon work.

Booking is by phone, email or in person. New clients pay a deposit of 50% of anticipated services, which is applied to the total balance. Reservations can be changed or cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Appointments are confirmed by text or email at least 24 hours ahead. Services are paid in full at checkout, and card payments carry a processing fee. Gratuities cannot be added to card payments, so cash or Venmo are suggested for tipping stylists. Parking is in the municipal lot directly behind the salon, for up to two hours at the meter or through the Passport Parking app.

The team draws on knowledge of hair anatomy and color chemistry, aiming for results with products and methods chosen for safety. The salon describes its approach as holistic and green.
