Haircuts are offered for women, girls under 10, men, and bangs-only cuts. Pricing for women's cuts including wash and blowout depends on who does the cut, with the owner at the top of the range and the newer stylists lower. Color services include single process color, ammonia-free color, balayage, a sunkissed face frame, glaze, gloss and tone, and color correction, which is priced after a consultation.

Smoothing and conditioning work is a major part of the menu. Options include Brazilian blowout, GK Keratin, Keratin Complex, Express Keratin, Magic Sleek and a three-step Milbon conditioning treatment that comes with take-home capsules. Extensions are set with clip-in or semi-permanent methods in KeraTip, hand-tied weft, I-tip and tape-in types.

Bridal and special events are booked in studio or on location. Bridal options include a bride day-of service, bridal party styling, flower girl styling, a bridal trial and a clip-in extension add-on for the bride. Special occasion styling covers updos, half up half down and dry glam waves. Pricing questions for bridal and events are handled by email.

Booking requires a credit card. Haircut appointments must be made by one hour before closing. Services are not refunded, but a correction is offered at no charge when it is booked within 7 days of the original appointment. Blowout packages must be used within the month of purchase and cannot be transferred.

The salon works from a mix of professional color and treatment lines and focuses on styles that the client can manage at home. Education for the team is a stated priority.
