The menu covers a wide range of hair work. Haircuts and styling include women's and men's cuts, blowouts, a blowout with a curling iron, a blowout with extensions and up-dos. Color runs from gloss and semi-permanent color through base color, ammonia-free color, highlights and balayage in partial and full versions. Treatments include Fusio-Dose instant conditioning, Pre Art intense clarifying, a Kerastase deep conditioning treatment, Keratin Express, Brazilian Blowout and a formaldehyde-free keratin treatment called Kera Rx. Extensions are offered with individual K-tips, tape-in and weft options. Makeup application and bridal trial hair round out the list.

Consultations come first. Haircut and color correction consultations are offered at no charge, and the haircut consultation looks at the desired style, face shape and hair type. Walk-ins are accepted, while reservations require a credit card number. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged half the service fee; missed appointments are charged the full amount. Class cancellations follow the same notice rule.

The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is closed Sunday and Monday. Two metered lots sit behind the building, and one hour of street parking is free out front. The salon has disabled access and WiFi, is kid friendly, and sells gift cards. Payment is accepted by cash, debit, credit card, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
