Color is the core of the menu. Services include balayage, baby-lights, teasy-lights, low-lights, color melting, glossing, and global color, with root touch-ups, single process work, face frame, half head, and full head lightening, and heavy blonding for the lightest looks. Cutting covers precision cuts, creative statement styles, and soft, natural, textured shapes, and there is a separate curly cut for curly hair.

The signature Japanese Head Spa comes in two lengths. The 20-minute version is a scalp shampoo with a head massage and a light chair massage. The 50-minute version adds a deeper scalp cleanse, pressure point work on the head, and massage across the shoulders, back, and arms. Smoothing treatments include Keratin Complex, which the salon describes as multi-award-winning, Brazilian Blowout, and K18. Lash extensions are offered as a full set or as a fill-in for existing clients.

Corrective color and hair extension services begin with a consultation. Hair extensions are available as hand-tied, K-tip, and tape-in, and custom curly extension installs are offered. Final pricing can vary with hair length, density, and product use, and pricing is tiered by stylist experience and expertise. Color services use a standard amount of color or lightener, and extra product is charged per bowl if it is needed.

Appointments require a valid credit card on file. Clients receive email and text reminders four days before their visit and are asked to confirm. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours ahead incur a charge for the full value of the services booked. Clients who arrive 15 minutes or more late may be given a modified service, and the full fee still applies. Booked services are non-returnable. Adjustments to an appointment must be made within seven days of the original booking. Apprentices schedule through the TMH Education category labeled Apprentice Services, where a waitlist for models is available. In Mamaroneck, guests can park on the street, where the limit is two hours, or in the back lot, where the limit is four hours. In Eastchester, street parking in front of the salon is free, while the lot across the street is reserved for permit holders.
