Every service is priced on its own, so clients can put together the appointment they want. Booking is by phone, text, email, or the online form, and text, call, or email is the quicker route, according to the salon. A free consultation can be done by phone or in person. When booking, clients leave a note about the services they want. First-time bookings for vivid or fashion color require a consultation. A valid credit card is kept on file to hold the appointment, and it is not charged at booking. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Arriving 15 or more minutes late without a call brings a $15 late fee, and the service may be shortened or moved. Arriving 30 or more minutes late without a call is treated as a no-show and charged at 65% of the service price to the card on file. Curly cut clients are asked to arrive with dry, detangled hair. Lash clients are asked to arrive with no makeup on the eyes and to avoid caffeine for at least an hour beforehand. Clients are asked to come alone, and any children must be comfortable waiting in the front area by themselves.

The color menu runs from gloss and glaze and roots retouching through highlights, lowlights, shadow roots, and balayage, and includes color correction and removal. The Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment is listed as lasting up to 12 weeks. The curly cut is offered with or without styling, and the curly style for natural curls includes a wash, styling, and a curl lesson. Princess For A Day is a four-hour party for groups of 6 to 10 girls ages 5 to 10 that includes styling, light makeup, crafts, and a movie or music choice.

The salon has a free parking lot on the side of the building. It is open Monday, Thursday, and Saturday, and on Tuesday and Friday until 5 pm; it is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Gift cards are sent as eGift cards by text or email in set amounts or a custom amount. Chair rentals are offered to licensed cosmetologists, barbers, and makeup artists in Eastchester and Westchester.

Services are priced individually so each client can build an appointment around their own needs.
