The menu is broad. Color runs from toner gloss and single process to balayage, ombre and color correction, and the salon offers cuts for men, women and children. Braiding includes cornrows, French braids and loose braids, with removal and treatment options for box braids and cornrows. Extensions cover microbead tightening, clip-on pieces, sewn-in wefts and microlink installs, and there is a dedicated Brazilian Knots menu. Treatments include Alfaparf masks, keratin smoothing, Hair Botox cream treatment and relaxing. Styling, makeup and waxing round out the services.

A visit begins with a free 15-minute consultation for haircuts, styling or color, and a free consultation is also offered to help choose an extension method. Microlinks require a consultation before booking, and clients with very long, thick, dense or chemically treated hair are asked to consult with Stephanie before booking keratin or long-hair cuts. Larger transformations or very long, thick hair may be priced differently after a consultation. Clients should bring their own extension hair for sewn-in and clip-on installs unless the Extension Sourcing Service is added and approved before the appointment. Prices listed are starting prices, and color and chemical services may carry extra charges depending on length, texture and product.

Clients can book a virtual consultation, held Tuesday through Thursday evenings by appointment, and hair should be in its natural state for it. The salon also offers one-on-one Brazilian Knots training for licensed cosmetologists. The salon states its formaldehyde-free keratin treatment is not chemical free.

Hours are 10 AM to 6 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturday, and the salon is closed Wednesday and Sunday. Many services require a booking deposit of $5 to $250, and a 30% deposit may be moved to a new appointment if it is booked when the original is cancelled. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice must reschedule. Blow-drying and washing are charged separately for braids and updos, and blowout add-ons are priced by hair length and texture. Senior clients receive 15% off on Mondays. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
