The hair menu centers on the Calligraphy Cut, a method developed in Germany in the 1990s that uses a blade held at a set angle to taper the ends rather than cut them bluntly. Only stylists who have completed certification perform it, and the blade is discarded after each guest. The salon says the method leaves softer ends with more movement and natural volume, and it reports that the angled blade reduces split ends by up to 70 percent. Color is mixed to order: each formula is custom-blended by the colorists, using an ammonia-free, PPD-free plant-based line. Hand-tied extensions, keratin treatments, root retouching and lived-in blonding round out the services.

The skin studio follows the same non-toxic standard as the hair side and uses the Face Reality clinical line in treatments, with the same products sent home with guests. Estheticians examine the skin before recommending anything and adjust plans for pregnancy, sensitivity or active breakouts. Most facials take 45 to 60 minutes, and peels can run longer. Waxing uses fresh wax for every guest and single-use applicators, and first-time guests with sensitive skin can request a patch test before waxing, tinting or lash services.

First-time color and extension clients receive a complimentary consultation, and first-time guests are asked to mention it when booking so that extra time can be set aside.
