The space has white and blue walls, a chandelier and plush leather spa chairs. Fresh scents and gentle music fill the waiting and service areas. The salon describes its setting as a serene, cozy place to relax. It is open from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday and on Sunday, and it is closed on Thursdays.

Services run from regular manicures and pedicures to gel, dip powder, Gel-Ex, ombré and chrome nail work, plus facials ranging from a 25-minute Express Facial to the Viva Deluxe Signature Facial, which is tailored to the client and includes a massage and mask. Waxing covers the face, brows, body and bikini areas, and lash options include strip, group and single lashes, along with refills and tinting.
