Clients who are unsure where to begin can book a free consultation of about 45 minutes to talk through options.

The lash menu includes classic, volume, hybrid and wet set extensions, both full sets and refills. Refills are scheduled every one to two weeks for classic and volume styles, and for these refills the studio asks that a set amount of lashes remain on, around 40 percent for classic and wet set refills and 85 percent for weekly fills. Aftercare is required for several styles. A lash lift and tint asks clients to let their natural lashes grow for four to six weeks first. Lash fixes within 48 hours of a set are free.

Brow services include lamination, which also asks for four to six weeks of growth beforehand, along with shaping and tinting and brow waxing followed by a brow massage. Facials include an express dermaplaning treatment, a deep pore and dermaplane facial with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and a finishing mask, a microneedling facial, and a customized CustomX facial built around skin concerns. Dermaplaning and microneedling both require SPF, and the studio recommends at least five microneedling sessions.

Waxing is available for lip, sideburns, nose, underarms and brows. The studio accepts payments, offers house calls and sells gift cards.

Booking details: the studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations made within 48 hours are charged 50 percent of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval required before the appointment.
