The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Glow Express visit covering cleansing, exfoliation and hydration, up to hour-long options. Radiance Renewal uses diamond-tip microdermabrasion, and Clear Skin Ritual is designed for oily, congested or acne-prone skin. Back Renewal is a back facial with a mask and massage, and Glass Skin Dermaplane Facial adds dermaplaning. Peel Season is a customized facial with a professional peel and LED light therapy, offered as a limited-time special. Microneedling Collagen Therapy is priced at $135 per session or $360 for a series of three. The Gentleman's Facial is a customized hour-long facial designed for men's skin. Dermaplaning can also be added to any facial.

Brow services include a 15-minute customized Signature Brow Wax, Brow Design, which uses a hybrid stain that colors both brow hairs and skin, and Brow Lamination, a semi-permanent styling treatment. Lash services include removal with a lash bath, lash tinting, a Classic Lash Lift, a Korean Lash Lift with results lasting up to 6 to 8 weeks, and combo packages that pair lash lifts with brow waxing or brow lamination. Waxing covers small areas such as toes and face through to full body waxing, which takes about 1 hour 15 minutes. Brazilian wax is offered to female clients only.

Hours are Monday 10 am to 6 pm, Tuesday through Thursday 10 am to 7 pm, Friday 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm, with Sunday closed. Clients are asked to reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. A late cancellation or a missed appointment without notice may incur a non-refundable 50% fee applied to the next visit, and a no-show without notice by phone, text or email is charged the full scheduled service. Clients with more than 3 no-shows cannot book future appointments, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean rescheduling and a fee. For waxing, the salon advises stopping shaving at least 2 weeks before, letting hair grow to about grain-of-rice length, and stopping tanning, retinol or acid products 24 to 48 hours beforehand. Retin-A, retinol, alpha hydroxy acids and acne medications should be stopped 72 hours before a wax.

Dermaplaning can be added to any facial, and several facials are customized to the client.
