The menu centers on waxing for women and men, from brows and lips to full body and intimate areas. Most waxing visits take about 30 minutes or less, depending on the area. Results usually last three to five weeks, and hair tends to grow back finer and sparser with regular visits. Single-use applicators are used for each client, and staff wear disposable gloves while surfaces and treatment areas are disinfected between clients.

Intimate skin care is a second strand of the work. Vajacials and manjacials are treatments for the bikini area, performed on the outside only, and they include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and a soothing mask. Deluxe and refresh versions are timed after waxing, and the refresh version uses a light two-step chemical peel. Lightening treatments for the underarm and intimate areas are described as gradual, with visible tone changes usually taking consistent visits over time. Anal bleaching is offered as a cosmetic skin care service, not a medical treatment.

Booking is required, as walk-ins are not accepted. A 20 percent non-refundable deposit goes toward the service total at booking. Cash is preferred, and credit cards carry a one-dollar non-refundable processing fee. The studio allows a 10-minute grace period, with a $10 late fee after that, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows. Clients on their period can be waxed if they wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup, and tampons are provided in the treatment room.
