A visit starts with a conversation. Consultations are free and take about 15 minutes, and both in-person and virtual consultations are offered. Every appointment is one-on-one, in a low-sensory setting, and guests can have coffee or wine while they are there. The main entrance and restrooms are ADA accessible.

The salon describes itself as a specialist in curly haircuts, including a dry-cutting method inspired by Deva techniques. Curly and textured hair is a core focus, and the salon says it welcomes all hair textures. Services cover balayage, blonding and highlighting with customized toning and glossing, gray blending, and barbering including skin fades, beard trims and a beard spa service.
